What We Require: Essential: Level 5 Diploma (or working towards it) and substantial Domiciliary Care management experience. A Growth Driver: Demonstrable success in expanding care hours or experience with Local Authority framework contracts. A Passion for Care: Must embody the commitment and passion central to our ethos.
