Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor Salary: ~ £24,483 per annum Location: Wigan Contract Type: Full-time, permanent role across the estates / site team. We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Site Supervisor to ensure our campus is safe, well maintained and fully operational every day. The Organisation You'll be working for a large education provider serving thousands of students, with multiple campuses across the Wigan area. Role Responsibilities Oversee site security: locking / unlocking campuses, monitoring access, ensuring premises are safe and secure. Perform general maintenance tasks (repairs, upkeep, cleaning, porterage). Drive the college minibus between sites (requiring D1 licence). Actively respond on a call-out rota / unsociable hours when needed. Use basic IT tools to support site operations. Support the estates / operations team on the Wigan campus Essential Requirements Full D1 driving licence and confidence driving a minibus (or willingness to obtain). Proven practical / hands-on experience of site or facility maintenance / estates duties. Basic IT competency (to perform admin / operational tasks). Flexibility to work unsociable hours or be part of a call-out rota. Strong problem-solving skills (able to spot and resolve site issues).
