Job Description
Are you a Primary or Secondary Teacher seeking a more manageable workload without compromising the impact you make in the classroom? A specialist SEN school in the Wakefield area is looking for dedicated teachers to work with small class sizes of around 8-10 pupils, giving you the opportunity to focus on meaningful teaching while enjoying a better work-life balance. You will be teaching pupils with a range of additional needs including autism and complex needs. With the support of experienced teaching assistants, you can plan and deliver high-quality lessons without the pressures of large class sizes.
