Sales Coordinator Wellingborough Temporary ongoing Full time 8.00am-4.30pm or 8.30am to 5pm £25k plus holiday & package About the Role Are you great at organising, communicating, and managing customer expectations? We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to be the glue between our customers, sales team, and operations. You’ll help process and track orders, provide quotations, update on delivery status, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout. This is a leading Construction company who are currenlty working on a number of fantastic projects. you will will be working for a busy office with free parking and close to good transport links. What You’ll Do Produce accurate quotations & orders Keep customers informed of delivery times, chase order progress Monitor website sales activity and help with account registrations and catalogues Work with Finance to set up new customer accounts Learn the product range inside‑out and assist in purchasing from approved suppliers Support sales operations through admin tasks and ad‑hoc projects What We’re Looking For Previous experience in order processing, customer coordination, or Administration Excellent written & verbal communication and professional telephone manner Able to juggle multiple tasks Proactive problem solver who can work under pressure Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems Team‐player, customer focused Offering a temporary ongoing contract working for a forward thinking Construction company.
