Service Delivery Manager - Business Intelligence Birmingham - Hybrid (2-3 days a week) £70,000-£75,000 Bonus Our client, a global leader in consumer services, is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery and performance of all Business Intelligence and Integration applications. You'll take ownership of service delivery, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement of BI and Integration platforms. You'll work closely with offshore teams and internal stakeholders, helping to mature service processes and establish best practices across a growing environment.
