This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Engineer looking to take the next step into leadership, managing projects and guiding a talented engineering team. You’ll play a key role in the development of innovative electronic products across a range of industries, with the freedom to influence design, manufacturing processes, and future technology direction. Responsibilities * Lead and mentor a team of design and manufacturing engineers * Oversee the development of new electronic products from concept to production * Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices across projects * Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and quality teams * Drive continuous improvement and innovation within engineering processes Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ experience in an electronics R&D environment * Strong 3D CAD design experience (SolidWorks preferred) * Proven leadership or mentorship experience (people or project-based) Desirable Skills * Experience with PCB design software * Hands-on electronics hardware experience * Competitive salary up to £60,000 * Excellent company benefits including a Share Options Scheme * Exciting, fast-paced projects with real technical variety * Career progression opportunities in a growing company Interested?
