Toolmaker - Injection Moulding Location: Worcester Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE Hours: 40 per week (Mon-Thurs 7:30-4:30, Fri 7:30-2:00) Holidays: 20 days bank holidays rising with each year of service up to 5 years We are seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join our Injection Moulding team. You'll play a key role in producing high-quality tooling to precise specifications, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and reliability across all manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Manufacture high-quality tooling with maximum efficiency. Competently and safely operate manual milling machines, grinders, and lathes. Build, fit, assemble, and polish tooling and dies using hand tools and equipment. Work accurately to engineering drawings and tight tolerances. Use CMM and other measuring equipment to ensure components meet specification. Take ownership of your work and contribute to continuous improvement. Support management in meeting business objectives and maintaining high standards. Experience and Skills Fully skilled, time-served Toolmaker. Proficient in toolroom machinery and hand tools. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances. Confident using a range of measuring and inspection equipment. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently. Professional communication and teamwork skills. Must be eligible to work in the UK. What We Offer Competitive salary up to £45,000 depending on experience.
