We’re recruiting for hardworking, reliable individuals to join a well-established specialist contractor working on projects across the UK working on groundwork projects. This role involves travelling and staying away from home approximately four nights per week (Monday to Friday). All accommodation is arranged and paid for, plus you’ll receive a £30 night-out allowance. What’s on Offer £15.00 per hour (PAYE) £30 per night out allowance Hotels paid for by the company Regular, ongoing work with overtime potential All travel arranged from a central meeting pointThe Role You’ll be part of a hands-on site team carrying out a variety of groundworks and labouring tasks, including: Digging trenches and assisting with groundwork preparation Moving and handling heavy materials and equipment Assisting trades on-site as required Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following site instructions and working effectively as part of a teamThis is a physically demanding role that requires stamina, reliability, and a strong work ethic. You’ll need to be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and able to complete long days when required.
