Project Manager – EDI & Digital Integration (12-Month FTC) Location: London £68k Excellent Benefits We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a successful Retailer and help deliver digital transformation projects. With a major 3PL warehouse migration underway and exciting retail expansion across Europe this organisation are driving key integration and data initiatives to support growth. Your initial focus will be on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) planning and delivery within the Wholesale Operations, ensuring seamless system integration and data flow across our global network. You’ll take ownership of high-impact digital integration projects, including: Replacing the current EDI provider for EMEA, moving to a global API-led integration model. Implementing a new Wholesale Sell-Through data partner to enhance reporting and insight. Delivering B2B E-Invoicing compliance across Europe through global API integrations. We’re looking for someone with the following experience: Project related qualification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2 Practitioner, or CSM ScrumMaster Experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager across a variety of projects EDI integration experience Ability to flex between agile IT delivery and traditional project management with both business and IT teams Experience in delivering new integration solutions with 3rd party service providers Experience in managing complex projects across various teams, including competing priorities Exposure or experience managing the delivery of business-change activities You’ll be at the heart of shaping how we connect systems, partners, and processes — helping the business scale efficiently and compliantly.
