LGV Class 2 Driver

LGV Driver Waste & Recycling Location: Gloucester Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am 3:00pm Pay: £17.05 per hour Contract: Temporary to Permanent We are currently recruiting for an LGV Driver to join a busy waste and recycling team in Gloucester . This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious driver looking for a long-term role with the chance to go permanent. Benefits: Competitive holiday allowance Company pension scheme Ongoing training and development opportunities Supportive, friendly working environment Stable hours and long-term career potential The role: Drive LGV vehicles to collect household and commercial waste and recyclables across Gloucester Follow pre-planned routes safely and efficiently Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects Assist with loading when required Ensure the vehicle is refuelled and ready for the next shift Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally About you: Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence CPC and digital tachograph card required Previous waste or recycling experience preferred but not essential Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player If youre an experienced Class 2 Driver seeking a stable Monday to Friday position with a clear path to permanent employment, wed love to hear from you.
