Corporate Solicitor - Nottingham (3-8 years PQE) We are looking to recruit into a successful Nottingham Corporate and Commercial team. Our client, based in the heart of Nottingham, are looking to recruit a mid-senior level Corporate solicitor. This position will see you working alongside a close knit team of Partners and Associates who are strongly recommended by the Legal 500. The range of work includes but is not limited to: Acquisitions & disposals Reorganisations Service level agreements Commercial agreements Corporate finance This opportunity would suit a Corporate Commercial Solicitor who is interested in working on high quality matters with excellent clients, but within a close knit team where you will be integral to the function of that team. This position would also interest a solicitor with strong marketing and business development skills
