1st Line Engineer

Our client, a leading MSP is seeking a 1st Line Engineer to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to an exciting period of growth our client is looking to expand their team of Engineers, and are looking for a 1st Line Engineer to join them, where you will be responsible for providing a high level of technical support to a broad range of clients, working on daily tickets whilst working with the wider team of Engineers. Due to the location of the office candidates are required to have access to their own vehicle. Key Responsibilities: * Resolve daily tickets from clients, supporting on software troubleshooting as well as installs and updates, as well as hardware faults * Attend client sites when required to fix onsite faults and hardware issues * Provide a high level of technical support to clients as well as maintaining a high level of customer service at all times * Work on a mixture of dayto-day support and project work Key Experience: * A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar ITrelated role * MSP experience is advantageous, although not essential * Used to providing a high level of technical support to a range of clients * Windows Server 2012 – 2022 * Windows Desktop 711 * Office 365 knowledge * Basic networking capability – DNS / DHCP * VMware experience would be advantageous This is an excellent opportunity for a 1st Line Engineer to join a thriving business who are leaders within their field, where you will given an excellent platform to learn, develop and progress your skills in a supportive environment.
