Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical & Electrical West London Area | Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE) | Rotating AM/PM Shifts Are you a hands-on, multi-skilled engineer looking to take the next step in your career with a well-established and growing operation? Our client is currently seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their busy site based in the West London region. Working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment, you'll play a vital role in keeping critical machinery and equipment running smoothly, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs across a wide range of industrial equipment and infrastructure. Diagnosing faults in mechanical and electrical systems and implementing effective, lasting solutions. Supporting improvement initiatives and optimising machine performance through continuous improvement activities. Participating in the maintenance schedule, helping to ensure all assets are operating safely and effectively. Collaborating with other engineers and departments to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.What They're Looking For: Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance engineering role, ideally within a high-output or process-led environment. Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills; knowledge of automation systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and steam/pressure systems would be highly beneficial. Experience working in food production, FMCG, or other regulated, fast-paced industries would be highly desirable. A flexible, adaptable attitude with the ability to work morning and afternoon rotating shifts. Comfortable working under pressure and responding quickly to operational demands. A positive, team-focused approach and strong communication skills.Why Join?
