POS Specialist (oracle simphony) West London c.£35k TRIA are working exclusively with a client who have recently implemented oracle Simphony. We're hiring a POS Systems Administrator to manage and optimise the Oracle Simphony environment across a high-profile hospitality and event venue, which includes Stadium, restaurants, bars, events & hotels. This is a hands-on, system-focused role - perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring menus, pricing, and campaigns are accurate and live across all touchpoints. What You'll Be Doing Administering and configuring the Oracle Simphony POS system via EMC Managing menu updates, price changes, and seasonal campaigns Supporting matchday and non-matchday operations across multiple venues Collaborating with F&B, Commercial, and Events teams to align system content Troubleshooting and resolving backend issues, working with internal IT and third-party vendors Maintaining system documentation and supporting tech rollouts What We're Looking For Experience with POS systems, ideally Oracle Simphony or similar hospitality POS systems Strong understanding of system administration, user access, and data accuracy Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-site environments Willingness to support event-based operations This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic tech team supporting iconic venues, events and delivering seamless customer experience. This role will require you to be on site in West London
