Qualifications and Experience: High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent Diploma in Hospitality / Housekeeping Management Minimum 23 years experience in a supervisory housekeeping role (hotel, lodge, or similar environment). Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and health C safety requirements.
