Job Description

Duties: Lead, motivate, and manage the vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Drive customer satisfaction and ensure a high level of after-sales service. Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and market trends. Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives. Report regularly to senior management on performance, opportunities, and challenges. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (advantageous) Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive industry , with at least 2 years in a sales management role Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong leadership and team management experience Sound understanding of the vehicle sales process, financing, and customer relationship management Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Target-driven and customer-focused Strong leadership and motivational abilities Ability to perform under pressure High sense of integrity and professionalism If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
