Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Finance Tasks: GR/IR Maintenance clearing & Freight GR/IR. Balance sheet reconciliations. Payroll journals preparation and postings. Journals postings for Management accountants. Ad hoc responsibilities to assist Financial Accountant. Asset Accounting Creditors: Creditors function: Local & Foreign (Independent Review of Foreign & Local creditors creditors statement reconciliations) Management of payment process: Local & Foreign Assist with invoice processing and matching. Sundry Debtors Travel Expense Claims (Optional). Reconciliations & Month-end journal posting. Job Requirements : Bachelors Degree or Associate Degree in Accounting and Finance. Minimum of 2-3 Year experience
