Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts , cashflow forecasting, and annual budgets. Ensure timely and accurate statutory financial submissions. Process and authorise invoices and manage payments in line with company procedures. Perform GL account reconciliations and manage inter-company loan account reconciliations. Produce and present VAT, tax, and cashflow reports monthly. Support year-end audits with relevant financial reports. Maintain and manage the fixed asset register, reviewing utilisation and operational expenditure. Supervise and train creditors and debtors administrators. Provide sound financial advice to executive management. Review and maintain up-to-date financial policies and procedures. Requirements: BCom (with Articles). 3-5 years of experience in a financial management role. Experience in budget preparation, reporting, and cashflow analysis. Knowledge of strategic and financial planning. Knowledge of the education or investment sectors (advantageous). Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software. Sound tax knowledge and application.
