Senior AC Technician

Our client is growing and transforming and they're looking for a Senior AC Technician to lead their HVAC and mechanical operations. This hands-on leadership role keeps systems running at peak efficiency, ensuring guest comfort, operational reliability, and energy savings. What Youll Do Oversee all HVAC and mechanical systems: chillers, heat pumps, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, extraction, ventilation, and BMS (Siemens/Honeywell). Lead preventative maintenance and annual service schedules to reduce downtime and extend system life. Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize system performance. Supervise and mentor the HVAC team, driving safety, training, and professional growth. Manage stock, procurement, and spares to keep operations seamless. Support installations, commissioning, and technical projects. Be on-call for emergency response, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations. Keep accurate records, reports, and compliance with all safety standards. What They're Looking For 5 years in HVAC/mechanical maintenance (luxury hotels, commercial, or industrial). Trade certificate or equivalent in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, or electrical. Strong knowledge of chillers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, extraction, cooling towers, valves, dosing systems, and insulation. Skilled in BMS (Siemens & Honeywell), CMMS, and troubleshooting. Experience managing teams, schedules, stock, and preventative maintenance.
