Field Services Officer

Exciting Job Opportunity! Join an agricultural team as a Field Officer in the Western Cape! In this role, your responsibilities will include recruiting raw materials, concluding contracts, managing projections on volumes, varieties, and quality. You will also arrange transport for bins and fruit, update producer information, collect documentation, capture spraying records, and assist with budget preparation and cost management. Your expertise in agriculture and logistics will be essential in maintaining efficient operations and strong producer relationships. To be considered for this role, you should have a post-school qualification in agriculture and/or logistics management with proven experience in a similar field. Strong management and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work independently, are essential. High energy levels and proactive problem-solving will further support your success in this role.
