Senior Operations Officer, Industrial (Kampong Ampat) Overview This position will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of properties. Job Responsibilities Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of properties. Manage service providers on maintenance works and obtaining quotations for maintenance/improvement works. Attend to tenants’ feedback and liaise with tenants to maintain good tenant-landlord relationship. Facilitate handover/taking over of premises from tenants. Processing and monitoring of tenant’s fitting out works. Walk the ground regularly to inspect condition of the properties and highlight any works to be done where appropriate. Carry out forecasting, budgeting and accrual. Job Requirements Diploma in Building, Facilities Management or a related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant experience in building operations management. Possess knowledge of potential work hazards, safety procedures and public safety matters. Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Experience working with SAP will be an added advantage.
