Overview Our client, a Global FMCG MNC is looking to further accelerate their APAC footprint, and build on their aggressive innovations agenda. As a brand renowned for innovations and growth, they are seeking a commercially astute leader as General Manager. The individual will spearhead APAC's growth by shaping regional strategy, owning full P&L, and ensuring operational execution. They will build and develop high-performing teams, optimize business models, and represent APAC at the global leadership level. Responsibilities Define and execute the APAC business strategy in alignment with global objectives. Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability while managing full P&L accountability. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, building a strong culture of performance and collaboration. Strengthen distributor partnerships and direct-to-market operations to optimize regional performance. Represent the region in global leadership forums and ensure seamless alignment with global priorities Requirements Over 15 years of senior leadership experience across APAC. Proven track record of delivering business growth and driving commercial transformation. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams within complex matrix environments. Experience managing distributor and direct-to-market business models effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
