The Role As Project Director, you’ll oversee the planning, design, and delivery of large-scale civil and airfield infrastructure. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and consultants, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction for the delivery of major aviation and civil infrastructure projects Drive project planning, design, cost control, and risk management Manage cross-disciplinary teams and technical resources across regional and global offices Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, regulators, and internal partners Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and financial performance Champion innovation, digital delivery, and best practice in engineering and safety About You You are a senior civil or aviation infrastructure professional with extensive project delivery experience in complex, high-value environments. A natural leader, you combine strategic foresight with hands-on capability to inspire teams and achieve world-class outcomes.
