Overview Project Director - Aviation Infrastructure to lead the delivery of one of the most ambitious aviation programs in the Asia-Pacific region. The Role As Project Director, you will provide overall leadership, direction, and strategic oversight of a large, multidisciplinary engineering and design team. You will be responsible for project planning, execution, and performance across time, cost, risk, and quality metrics, ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with the architect, client, and joint venture partners. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive excellence in technical design, digital innovation, and team collaboration, while fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, design, and delivery of a major aviation infrastructure project Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring alignment with commercial and technical objectives Manage relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and government stakeholders Drive collaboration across international teams and partner organizations Champion innovation, digital delivery, and world-leading design practices Maintain strong financial, contractual, and performance management oversight Develop and mentor senior technical and project staff About You You are a visionary project leader with a proven track record delivering complex, high-value aviation or transport infrastructure. You thrive in challenging, fast-paced environments and are passionate about excellence in delivery, safety, and sustainability.
