Overview Job Title: Tax, Senior Manager/Director – GST Position Type: Permanent Salary Range / Rate: To be discussed Job ID: 158842 License No.: 22S1076 | EA Reg.: R21102316 Our client, a professional consulting firm, is seeking to expand their Tax team with a GST expert. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice on the GST treatment and implications of business transactions. Review and strengthen clients’ GST compliance processes and internal controls. Support clients in preparing and reviewing GST returns prior to submission to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). Assist clients in preparing and submitting GST ruling applications to the IRAS. Liaise with the IRAS and assist clients in responding to queries or requests for clarification. Conduct GST reviews under the IRAS Assisted Compliance Assurance Programme (ACAP). Perform GST health checks, including those using the IRAS Assisted Self-help Kit (ASK). Deliver customised GST training sessions to enhance clients’ understanding of GST matters. Collaborate with regional teams to advise clients on cross-border indirect tax issues. The Ideal Candidate Holds a recognised degree or postgraduate qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Law. Possession of SCTP accreditation will be an advantage. Has 8–10 years of relevant experience in GST advisory and compliance. Demonstrates strong analytical, research, and report-writing abilities. Is client-focused, articulate, and an effective communicator. Exhibits leadership qualities and works well in a collaborative team environment.
