Oracle IAM Developer l 12-month Contract

Requirement Develop and customize Oracle IAM solutions to meet business and security needs. Onboard applications into Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), including: Connector configuration Provisioning workflows Access policy setup Implement Oracle ADF-based customizations to improve UI and user experience. Design and build Oracle SOA composites for workflow automation and system integrations. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective IAM solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Oracle IAM components and integrations for performance and reliability. Responsibilities Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle IAM (OIM/OAM). Proven hands‑on experience with application onboarding into OIM. Must have expertise in Oracle ADF and SOA Suite development. Prior experience working with financial services organizations, with knowledge of compliance‑driven IAM requirements. Skilled in requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation. Excellent problem‑solving and performance tuning capabilities.
