Lead and manage relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring alignment with company service and cost strategies. Oversee provider contracting, credentialing, performance reviews, and fee negotiations. Ensure accuracy and completeness of the provider database and network directory. Collaborate with internal teams (claims, customer service, operations) to resolve provider-related issues. Monitor KPIs such as provider turnaround time, patient feedback, and cost containment targets. Support implementation of provider-related projects including onboarding new networks and digital platform integration. Bachelor\'s degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in provider network management or healthcare operations. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in data analytics and healthcare systems. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
