The incumbent provides engineering support by managing all services, preparing specifications for Request For Proposals/Invitation To Quote (RFP/ITQ), evaluating RFP/ITQ submissions, commissioning new medical equipment, performing breakdown and preventive maintenance, decommissioning medical equipment, managing teams, and building staff competency. Job Responsibilities: Plan commissioning, preventive maintenance, and calibration schedules. Formulate and review calibration and preventive maintenance protocols. Ensure smooth implementation of preventive maintenance and calibration programs. Liaise with and manage external contractors on service and contractual issues. Assess medical equipment proposed for condemnation by end-users. Job Requirements: Degree in Electronics or relevant Engineering field with at least 10 years of experience in service and maintenance of medical equipment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
