Job Description
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and year-end activities. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate payroll reports and resolve discrepancies. Reconcile complex reports and troubleshoot payroll issues efficiently. Maintain compliance with multi-state payroll laws and tax regulations. Coordinate with HR on benefits, deductions, and leave-related pay adjustments. Respond to employee inquiries professionally via shared inbox. Support internal/external audits and ensure data integrity. Cross-train with team members to provide backup coverage. Communicate clearly with stakeholders and make informed decisions. Uphold company values and comply with quality management policies. Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively. Excellent communication skills. • 4 years of experience in a payroll role, supporting multiple payroll cycles and companies. • 2 years of experience with International and/or Canadian payroll cycles and companies.
