Coverage Needed: November 17, 2025 - Ongoing Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM On Call: Optional Clinical Details: Outpatient clinics, hospital for consults, minimal rounding Patient Volume: 12-15 patients per day Patient Age Group: Adults, Geriatrics (18 years and up) Treatments/Procedures: Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, hormone therapy, infusions (no BMT, no acute leukemias) EMR: Mosaiq Support Staff: Available Requirements: Board Certification: Hematology/Oncology State License: Oklahoma (active license required) Certifications: ACLS, DEA, Oklahoma CSR Experience: Minimum 2 years Must have a clean background
