Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

Adult Psychiatrist needed for an inpatient unit in Southern California Start date: September 29th orientation, shadow the 30th, start seeing patients October 1st Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm 40 hours a week (no weekend or call) 18 bed adult unit that runs at a census of 6-10 patients per day The length of the stay is 5-7 days 4-5 admissions a week Will also be doing consults on med/surg and ED With consultations the average number of patients seen per day is 12 Have a full treatment team and will have to attend weekly treatment team meetings and one monthly meeting.
