Bad River Health & Wellness Center Full Time Hours: M-F; 8am to 4:30pm Employed Average Patients seen: 70% clinical 30% admin Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation: $300,000 base salary depending on experience. This role combines patient care with leadership and administrative duties, ensuring compliance, staff coordination, and high-quality service delivery.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver primary & secondary outpatient care- Oversee daily medical operations & staff meetings- Supervise RN, NP, Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology & MOA staff- Serve as consultant to Clinic leadership & Tribal Council- Train, evaluate & support medical staff- Ensure compliance with federal codes & regulations- Collaborate with AODA, MAT, PT/OT, Chiropractic & Behavioral HealthQualifications:- MD or DO, Board-Certified & WI licensed (or eligible)- 5 years clinical/administrative experience- Teaching/preceptor background preferred- CMD certification is a plus
