Cardiology Physician Opening in Westminster, MDBaltimore, 35mFull TimePermanent PositionQualifications:Board Certified/Board Eligible in General CardiologyCompletion of an ACGME-accredited Cardiology Fellowship (2025 graduates will be considered)Position Responsibilities:Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests including: - Transthoracic echocardiograms - Transesophageal echocardiograms - Exercise treadmill testing - Electrocardiograms (EKGs)Provide comprehensive cardiac care and counseling to patientsDiscuss diagnoses, explain treatment options, and recommend medications, lifestyle changes, and preventative careCollaborate with and supervise PA-CsWork closely with hospitalists, ED staff, and intensivistsStay informed of developments and trends in cardiology and related technologiesEnsure timely and accurate documentation and billing of patient encountersCompensation & Benefits:Medical malpractice insurance401(k) and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC) plansAnnual CME allowancePaid professional duesGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidaysRelocation allowanceComprehensive health, life, and disability insurance
