TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, 53158! Pay Information $2,962 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 1 year of recent experience License: Valid compact license required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Must be able to interpret and sign off tele strips. Must have two references from the last year, including one from the most current assignment. Weekends required: Every weekend from Friday to Monday. Description: This position requires a registered nurse with recent Med/Surg/Tele experience. Candidates must be capable of interpreting tele strips. Valid BLS and NIHSS certifications must be obtained before starting. Patient ratios are reflective of unit staffing needs. This role involves providing care to adults and geriatric patients. Daily census is approximately 82 patients. Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, and pharmacy. Skills required include blood product administration, management of dysrhythmias, and peripheral line care. Travel experience is preferred. Familiarity with the Epic charting system is required. Background checks will be conducted on a case-by-case basis. Specific health accommodations are not accommodated.
