Administrative Assistant

ATA Services, Inc. is currently seeking to hire Administrative Assistants to work on a temporary assignment with the State of New Mexico Health Care Authority in Santa Fe. Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour; weekly pay Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm Work Location: 2040 S Pacheco St, Santa Fe, NM 87505 The positions will be processing criminal background checks for caregivers, reviewing dispositions and charges, generating letters, and making phone calls. Requirements: 3 years' experience working as a Senior Administrative Assistant or Executive Administrative Assistant High School degree: additional qualification as a personal assistant or secretary will be a bonus.
