Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Sunnyvale, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Hospice Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Title: Hospice Nurse Practitioner Shift: Days – 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (M–F; flexible based on patient availability) Qualifications License: Active Nurse Practitioner license (CA) Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience At least 1 year of nursing within the last 3 years OR, BSN from an accredited program Skills: Program development and teaching skills preferred; must be motivated, flexible, self-directed, and team-oriented Certifications: Current CPR certification required Other Requirements: Valid California driver’s license Automobile insurance meeting agency limits Ability to work with electronic documentation systems and telecommunication devices Must meet clinical competencies per Pathways guidelines About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
