Sales Account Manager Basic Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience) OTE: £50,000 – £60,000 in year 1 (uncapped) Hours: Monday to Friday Progression: Excellent career growth opportunities The Opportunity A fantastic role for a motivated and energetic individual to join a well-established Events and Digital Publishing company. The Role We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive/Manager to work across an exciting portfolio of Events, Magazines, and Digital products. This is a target-driven sales role with plenty of scope for creativity, input, and career progression as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Consistently exceed monthly sales targets (individual and product-based). Demonstrate a strong understanding of the sales cycle across digital and live events, and share expertise with the wider team. Keep up to date on industry trends, competitors, publications, and key brands to drive revenue growth. Track and report key figures: revenue, targets, year-on-year performance, yields, client numbers, new business, and retention rates. Take ownership of challenges as they arise, managing client accounts, amendments, and cancellations effectively. Support management decisions while contributing constructive ideas for improvement. Develop and execute strategies for your client base to maximise engagement and revenue. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records. Proactively grow the client base through new business development. Build and nurture long-term client relationships, with a focus on retention and account growth.
