Requiremenst: 6 years experience in the Inbound Travel Industry (Southern & East Africa focus). Proficiency in Tourplan and Wetu (essential). Excellent destination knowledge of Southern Africa (East Africa an advantage). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple itineraries simultaneously. A passion for travel, attention to detail, and a solutions-driven mindset.
