Junior HR / IR Officer - Rustenburg

Location: Rustenburg Salary: R17 000 R25 000 (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-time / Permanent About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Junior HR/IR Officer to support our HR department with day-to-day human resources and industrial relations functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who has recently started their HR career and wants to gain hands-on experience in both HR administration and IR practices. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems. Support payroll preparation by providing necessary employee information. Assist with disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and counselling sessions under guidance. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Provide general HR support to managers and employees. Assist in preparing HR and IR reports as required. Participate in employee engagement and wellness initiatives. Requirements HR or Industrial Relations qualification (Diploma/Degree). 12 years HR/IR experience (internship or junior role experience will be considered). Basic knowledge of South African labour legislation. Strong administration and organisational skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Computer literacy (MS Office).
