Switchboard Operator (Telephonist)

Masterparts Brackenfell Switchboard Operator We seek a professional switchboard operator with excellent telephone etiquette to join our BrackenfellTeam. We offer a competitive salary, a provident fund, optional medical aid, and an annual performance bonus. You will be required to operate a busy switchboard efficiently and professionally. You will also need to relieve the cashier and work as a cashier every second Saturday. You may be required to assist with ad hoc admin duties as needed. You must be fluent in English. You must be able to communicate in Afrikaans. You must have exceptional telephone etiquette with a professional and courteous telephone voice. You must have a customer service approach to your job. You must have a matric. You must be able to manage an extremely busy switchboard effectively. You must be able to manage conflict situations. You must be able to perform in a demanding and high-pressure environment.
