The Role: Step out of private practice into a regional in-house role. Work on complex, cross-border structuring and governance matters central to the bank's growth. Gain multi-jurisdictional exposure within a fast-growing fintech environment. Responsibilities: Corporate structuring: advise on shared services, incorporations, dissolutions, reorganisations, and entity management to support business expansion. Governance & compliance: Manage corporate administration, including board meetings, filings, and annual compliance, ensuring high standards across all entities. Projects: Work closely with senior stakeholders on confidential, high-impact initiatives that require creative, practical legal solutions. Regulatory engagement: Partner with business teams to align corporate structures with evolving governance expectations. What you bring: 4-6 years' PQE from a top-tier law firm, ideally with strong corporate or restructuring & insolvency (R&I) experience. A solid grounding in corporate law and governance, with the appetite to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. A smart, proactive, and ambitious approach, with the confidence to work closely with regional stakeholders.
