Job Description

Responsibilities: Support the execution HEINEKEN Procurement strategy through supplier performance management. Gather, validate, and consolidate business requirement for the local and global buying teams, and assist in alignment of clear output deliverables prior to sourcing events. Responsible for the administrative execution of contract management, in collaboration with sourcing specialists, through contract implementation. Monitor contracts with suppliers and manage their performance through KPIs and SLAs, including reporting performance and proactively shape early interventions for problem solving. Manage the supplier development program that will ensure compliance with service and quality agreements, as well as assist in the roll out of Heineken sustainability and transformation initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor´s degree. 5 years of experience in similar roles. Fluent in English. Problem solving skills, ability to mediate conflicts or discussions. Stakeholder management. Supplier management. This role requires availability to travel.
