Consolidated revenues as of 12 months ending March 2025 totaled $13.8 billion. • Experienced in implementing process mining and monitoring solutions using Signavio Process Mining platform • Experienced in data integration between the process mining tools and transaction systems (SAP and non-SAP) • Experienced in building customized Data Model based on client business process • Experienced in setting up integration solutions between Signavio and other EA tools such as LeanIX, Alfabet, Orbus • Experienced in data extraction, transformation and loading • Experienced in building KPIs to highlight the use-case specific to processes and client requirements • Design and implement out of box and custom dashboards based on client requirements • Conduct value creation workshops and align measures to improve process inefficiencies • Good understanding of in Business Process modelling notations such as BPMN • Collaborate with various business and technology stakeholders to articulate architecture requirements/ use cases and translate into tool solutions • Develop and deliver training content and user guides related to tool usage, integration, modeling notations and governance • Good understanding of process architecture and process mining concepts • Experience/ undestanding of similar process mining tools such as ARIS, Celonis
