Network Architecture Director

Network Architecture Director Objective: Design, evolve, and optimize the mobile access network, ensuring coverage, capacity, quality of service, and technical compliance with defined standards movile technologies. Define the technical prioritization of new sites, relocations, and critical solutions, based on coverage, capacity, throughput, ROI, key clients, Cobex and indicators. Responsibilities: Technically design network coverage (outdoor, IBS, street cells) aligned with user experience, commercial, and regulatory priorities. Execute the design of microwave transport solutions, ensuring availability, resilience, and spectral efficiency. Develop and maintain updated EPT (Engineering Planning Templates) for all mobile network and microwave elements, ensuring technical consistency and parameter traceability. Issue, validate, and document the detailed technical engineering for each site, with clear technical criteria and traffic dimensioning by region and technology. Experience: Master’s degree in Administration, Telecommunications Engineering, Communications and Electronics, or a related field (required). 7 years of experience as an Access and RF Architect, managing teams. 7 years in network integration architecture systems and design, optimization, or other domains defined by TCP. Experience in design, implementation, and operation of access networks. Definition and achievement of KPIs. Desirable certifications/courses: Access Networks, UMTS/WCDMA/LTE/5G Networks, IMO, Carrier Aggregation, Dedicated Core Network, MW subsystem. Benefits: Legal and above-legal benefits.
