Your Impact As part of our HR team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processes across NORAM , supporting audits, and contributing to financial reporting. Your work will directly support our commitment to operational excellence and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end payroll processing. Ensure full compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies. Collaborate with ADP and MyHR systems to maintain data integrity. Calculate and manage severance, bonuses, savings funds, and other benefits. Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external audits. What You Bring 5 years of experience in Mexican payroll operations. Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll systems (ADP preferred). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Excellent communication and time management abilities. Advanced proficiency in English.
