Injection Maintenance Engineer

Main Responsabilities: Responsible for the daily maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting of injection molding machines and automated assembly line equipment to ensure efficient and stable operation of the equipment. Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans, regularly inspect equipment operation status, and prevent equipment failures. Participate in equipment upgrade and renovation projects to improve equipment performance and production efficiency. Timely resolve faults and abnormal situations of injection molding machines, assembly lines, and facilities to ensure the normal operation of equipment. Participate in the development of maintenance plans for injection molding machines and implement them according to the plan. Assist in upgrading and renovating equipment to improve its performance. Maintain good communication with departments such as production and quality, and promptly resolve any issues that arise during the production process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above English can be used as a working language. Familiar with local high and low voltage electricity in Mexico and holding an electrician certificate. At least 3 years of maintenance experience in HAITIAN injection molding or similar equipment. Familiar with the working principle and structure of injection molding machines. Familiar with cooling towers and compressors. Familiar with the principle of centralized feeding system.
