Mid-levels in Practice: 5 Duties: Required to supervise & provide clinical oversight as appropriate while on call. Required Procedures: - Able to perform heart surgery/focus on cardiac cases. - General CV/Thoracic Surgery: open, Coronary artery bypass surgery: On & Off-pump. - Congenital defects (ASD Total No. of Beds: 400 Beds in the ICU: 12 Trauma Level: I EMR: Epic Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: Active CO License or IMLC BC Must note if able to perform all required procedures & dissections (with recent case logs in excel spreadsheet) Able to perform heart surgery/focus on cardiac cases (note yrs of experience) Strong surgical case volume Active AHA certs/willing to obtain: ACLS & BLS Clean record/no malpractice COVID vaccination proof
