Pay Information $2,500 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day/Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7:00 am - 7:30 pm or 7:00 pm - 7:30 am) Experience: Pediatric ICU experience required. CVC PICU experience required. Traveler must have completed two years of acute care experience within the last three years. Telemetry experience required. License: Traveler must have a valid Registered Nurse license. Certifications: BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required. PALS certification through the American Heart Association is required. Must-Have: Baccalaureate degree in nursing is preferred. Basic arrhythmia experience is required. Traveler must pass a telemetry test prior to starting. Description: Join a highly skilled and committed multidisciplinary team. Provide family-centered care to critically ill or injured children and their families. Deliver comprehensive care for patients with a variety of medical and surgical problems. Patient problems include acute head injuries, critical neurological disorders, pulmonary diseases, cardiac anomalies, organ transplantation, multi-organ failure, and ECMO. The facility provides specialized care in a healing environment designed for pediatric patients and their families. Expect to float to various units based on staffing needs.
