BLS & ACLS certifications (must be maintained). Working knowledge of hospital policies and unit procedures. Strong commitment to patient safety, legal and ethical nursing practices. Excellent communication and documentation skills. ⭐ Preferred Qualifications Charge Nurse experience highly preferred. Experience in acute care or medical-surgical units a plus.
