Role overview A Deloitte Program Delivery role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering outcomes with significant business impact. You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize delivery processes, and foster a customer-centric approach. You will drive continuous improvement, engage stakeholders, and develop high-quality solutions delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a PMP certification recommended. You will be a leader and mentor committed to excellence and client success. What will your typical day look like? Delivery Management Focus on delivering the right customer and business outcomes by engaging with product teams and ensuring structure, skills, and measurement metrics. Champion delivery using methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.), drive priorities and execution with Product Managers, customize delivery methods, and remove roadblocks. Foster excellence in delivery teams by ensuring quality processes, engaging in value delivery, and encouraging experimentation with new techniques/tools (e.g., GenAI). Drive lean solutions through rapid experimentation, engaging with customers throughout the delivery lifecycle. Ensure inclusive and diverse teams, drive engagement, remove obstacles, coach team members, and improve employee satisfaction and efficiency. Leverage AI-powered analytics to inform program planning, risk management, resource allocation, and performance tracking. Functional Delivery Collaborate with stakeholders to define, develop, and maintain a strategic product roadmap aligned with business objectives and client requirements. Facilitate the creation, refinement, and review of user stories with clear requirements and acceptance criteria aligned to the product vision. Leverage AI technologies to enhance delivery efficiency, automate tasks, support data-driven decision-making, and foster innovation. Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile practices, backlog refinement, AI concepts, and upskilling to build AI literacy within the team. Proactively remove impediments, facilitate stakeholder communication, and ensure transparency of team activities. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, participate in Agile Release Trains (ART), and promote cross-team effectiveness. Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to support Agile teams. Project Management Demonstrate expertise in SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, Lean, Kanban), plan and refine, ensure quality, and manage risks. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with engineering teams. Draft programs and executive status updates to communicate risks and issues to senior leadership, with timely escalation and resolution strategies. Maintain knowledge of project delivery tools like Azure DevOps and Jira. Quickly acquire domain knowledge to drive product value and align with organizational goals. Ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory, ethical, and data governance standards, and establish best practices for responsible AI use. Program Delivery Collaborate with product, experience, engineering, infrastructure, and security/risk teams; manage conflicts and foster innovation. Engage stakeholders at all levels, build relationships, and align perspectives for quality solutions. Review and report on program financials, innovation, and engagement at the program level. Share knowledge through community sessions and provide program-level examples of quality solutions. Identify and implement AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and drive continuous improvement. About the team Proficiency in project planning, execution, tracking, and risk management. Ability to lead, manage, and develop diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication for client engagement. Strong upward management skills. Enough about us, let’s talk about you Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. For Senior Consultant: Minimum 6 years of experience in consulting, technology, or a relevant industry role. For Manager: Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting, technology, or a relevant industry role with proven leadership in delivering medium/large-scale programs. Proficient in SDLC methodologies, including Agile and SAFe. PMP Certification is highly recommended. Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
